No wonder, our tinsel town divas look ever beautiful and oh-so-perfect, even if that means they have to go under the surgeon’s knife to get that perfection.

The very famous Plastic Surgeon Vijay Sharma claims that 80% of the Bollywood celebrities get their beautiful looks due to cosmetic surgery.

A source allegedly said Chopra has always been dissatisfied with how her nose looked and has tried to alter it in the past. “She felt her nose needed to be sharper as it would enhance her features. Though details of where she got it done are not known, she is happy with the result,” the insider was quoted as saying. Speculation has mounted in the past that the actress has had other cosmetic surgery procedures, including collagen injections to boost her lips and give her a more enhanced pout.

Earlier this week, the rumour mill was in overdrive with suggestions Bollywood actor Salman Khan has had plastic surgery.He was reported to have had a procedure to remove the bags underneath his eyes and photographs of the star emerged showing him wearing sunglasses continuously, even when indoors.
