Dhol - Hindi Movie Review

Another PriyaDarshan Flick – “Dhol”

Priyadarshan is back with another flick in a typical signature style. His movies are funny, hilarious, and full of chaos resulting out of innumerable confusions and by far entertaining and “Dhol” seem to fit in this genre as well. Priya Darshan appears to have a non-exhaustive appetite for comedy and his talent is displayed at its best, even when it comes to transforming a completely flop film into a remake. He has the guts!

All of his movies till date have had biggies to support them, however, this is the first ever time that he has experimented a movie with new comers in the industry. The story is hilarious and surely leaves you to knots by the time you reach the end.

The plot involves four guys, Tusshar Kapoor, Sharman Joshi, Rajpal Yadav & Kunal Khemu who are completely laid back, lazy and one of those kinds who wait for miracles to come to them instead of working towards it. All they do is day dream about becoming rich and always in search of the shortest possible ways to do so. They are frantically supported by Asrani and Om Puri with their above average performances as usual. Now to complement the needs of these four guys, they think of a plan to get hold of a rich girl and get married to her in order to attain the materialistic riches of this world. Meantime, Tanushri Datta comes to live in their neighborhood and all of a sudden their dreams seem to turn into reality.

In their efforts to impress the girl, they find out that she is behind a mystery and they voluntarily help her solve the mystery to impress her.. The movie is unpredictable with Payal Rohtagi worth a watch..

To conclude with, if you are looking for a fun filled entertainment this weekend, “Dhol” is surely worth a watch…
