Shahrukh Khan is surely upto something big when it comes to movies. His latest venture “Chak De India” has been a great hit across different parts of the nation. He is back with yet another show stopper called “Om Shanti Om”.

Om Shanti Om stars the much hyped Deepika Padukone opposite to Shahrukh Khan. This will be one of the very few debutants Shahrukh has worked with. The trailers are already getting good reviews.

This film is produced under Shahrukh Khan’s own production known as “Red Chillies Production”. The film is directed by Farah Khan and in addition to Shahrukh and Deepika, Shreyas Talpade plays a lead role as well. There would be a lot of other superstars making a brief appearance in the film but the main story revolves around these three characters. It is believed to be a remake of the classic Karz and in a similar situation; Shahrukh Khan is reborn in this movie. You will find glimpses of movies like Karz starring Rishi Kapoor and Birth starring Nicole Kidman.

[youtube:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CwWKRgJaa20 250 250] Om Shanti Om is a tribute to the wonderful age of the 70s and the 80s that has given us the maximum number of classics. That was the age of disco and lights and we actually have to see the movie to check out how successfully Farah has directed this era. Films by superstars like Rajesh Khanna and Amitabh Bachchan have left some memorable dialogues amongst the audience. It would be likely to see Shahrukh Khan imitating some of the stars of that age…. With all the rumors spreading all over, this film would be one of its kind. Keep looking this space to get latest news and review of Om Shanti Om
