Kangana Ranaut is worried about the demons from her past, which continue to plague her
While the release of her next film Fashion is less than a week away, Kangana Ranaut gets candid about the ‘horrible months’ that have gone by. She reveals that she was surrounded by ‘dirty people’ who tried to harm her ‘physically and mentally’.
She says, “To be honest, I got everything very soon in my life. Personally, my life was going through too much of trauma. I was really trapped by dirty people and they wouldn’t let me concentrate on my work. They tried to harm me both physically as well as mentally.”
Unwilling to name anybody, she adds, “Those were indeed bad times. My sister met with an accident ( two years back her sister Rangoli was attacked with acid, allegedly by a rejected suitor). Sometimes, your work is not always your priority. I took time to sort out my personal life and then later on I got back to work.” Kangana is referring to the period preceding Fashion, which she signed after a brief hiatus. “When I am working, I have to give it my 100 per cent. So that’s why I took a break to sort out all my issues and only then returned. I did not want to struggle between my career and my personal issues. I am not that kind of a person. I can do only one thing at a time.”
With Adhyayan coming into her life, have the demons of the past left her now? “No comments,” says the actor.
